why no effect in the softwear??????

I brough my new computer and was link the program to my new computer by link the old account with my muser name and password but why there is none at all of all the effect ???? how I can use the program ?? which is I just paid the money only a few month ????? why I can't have the effect on my new comp ??????

I am sorry you are having this problem. Please can you open a support ticket here:http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/support/ and please include your SPE token code or your email address you used when you bought the software and our customer support team will assist you.
