well i have tried for two days to reinstall on new PC with no success, i have submittied several tickets, they said something about portrait professional? my program says smart photo editor,, not sure whats going on, i paid for it thats all i know will someone please remedy this?,,, if you need my token ask me ...please help now i need this program for wok on Monday!!!

Hi Smartguy,

Portrait Professional and Smart Photo Editor are both developed by Anthropics, Im afraid you need to wait till monday as their office is closed in the weekend, not sure if they read there tickets in the weekend..

Hi Smartguy,

At any time you can use the license manager to reinstall the software: License Manager.
