Password Reset?
Hi,
A friend has SPE and has forgotten his password for these forums. Anyone know how he gets a new password etc to log in?

Re: Password Reset?
You don't need to know your password for these forums. You can login via the options in the Community menu in the software.
Kind regards

Re: Password Reset?
Tony, that is correct. But you do need it if you are accessing from outside SPE. For example, from a tablet or smartphone etc. Of course, you could access the forum via SPE and then change your password but you need your existing password to do that. I can't see any 'reset password' option.
Do you know what product is used to implement the forums? Maybe they have a forum of their own (!)

Hi,
I'm afraid if you want to post to the forums from a tablet etc and you've forgotten your password, is to create a new account. There's nothing particularly exciting attached to your account, so you don't loose anything important by doing so.
Kind regards
Tony
