Photo size

I need to reduce the size of a photo prior to adding text. I couldn't figure out how to do that in Photo Editor. Thanks.

I don't think that SPE has a resize option while working on an image. You can resize an image when you save it, though. A workaround would be to open an image, save it at a different size (the original is not overwritten by default) and re-open the smaller image. Alternatively, you can use SPE as a plugin from Photoshop or Photoshop Elements and resize the image in the host program.

The first option worked for me. I uploaded a photo and then saved it at a larger size. Thank you.
