Poto editor stop working

I am very new to smart photo editor and also to the forum so please forgive If I done this wrong.
I have a problem with my photo editor. It keep coming up with this message " MSG :
"photo editor has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
windows will close the program and notify you if a solutions is available."
Please help me. What can I do to fix this problem. I did not had this problem when running the trial version. This started after I bought smart photo editor.

I try to submit a ticket. I did create a new account but it say I do not have one. I will wait for someone to help me to ask help from the support team

Hi, have you made sure that you have downloaded the correct SPE for your machine? There are two versions for Windows - 32 bit and 64 bit. I am not an expert but it may be worth checking

Did you create a new support ticket account? It's a different account from your photo editor account (so we can help people who didn't even manage to create a photo editor account).
