Saving Multiple Images from Short tList

I find that when I go through the effects gallery I may collect 15 or 20 images that I like, but then when I confirm one image I lose all the other effects. Is there any way to edit the Short list to delete and save more that one effect from the gallery? Otherwise I either have to go through the Effect Gallery all over again or write each effect down that I like. Even then it's not easy to bring up the ones you like by typing them in the look up.

When you apply an effect from the gallery, all the effects in your shortlist are added to the list found under favourite effects.
