Program not working after P.C. switched off and on again...

I`m a `newbie` so please bare with me...I installed the full program yesterday,all worked fine. I went to use the prog` today and after going round in circles for a while I had to reintall,activate and register all over again to get up and running again. What am I doing wrong plrease??

It depends on what you did inbetween. Turning your computer off and on again shouldn't make any difference to the software. Very old versions had problems where if you uninstalled the trial when the full version was installed could cause problems. If that's the case it should be ok from now on. Let me know if you have the problem again.
