Hi Mayelin,
You can use the Erase Brush to copy over skin from another part of the face. To get a better idea of how this works, you can take a look at the "Portrait Enhancement" Tutorial that appears when you first open.
Alternatively, you may also be interested in our other software "Portrait Professional" which is designed specifically to improve subjects in images and has skin smoothing, spot removal and hair enhancement as well. It will also autodetect faces and make these improvements within seconds. You can also fine tune the changes for a more natural or a more glamourous look.
