colour photo to black and white

I would like to take a colour photo .... change to black and white .... then highlite certain colour areas of photo leaving the rest black and white, thanks for the support , David

Hi David,
You can use a black and white effect and mask-out the areas you like to have their color back.
There is a tutorial here as there are lots of them here
