Hi JackyQ
It's not a big problem, but if you want to fix it, you can go to:
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\PhotoEditor\forupload (or the equivalent on your OS) and delete the file called search requests. For some reason that file has been locked.
