Unable to Save Files

when trying to save a file to my desktop, I get the message " photo editor as stopped working". The screen goes cloudy and it will eventually
let me bring it up again but I can't save it. Any suggestions?

Could you open a support ticket? Our support staff will try and reproduce the problem for you so we can try and fix it.
