How do you save the edited version of your photos? And how do you save tham to your pictures file?

Choose File Save As Jpeg/Tiff from the File menu on the top left.

I have not been able to save edited photo to my pictures file, I click on Ctrl+S but it does not show up.
Can someone help me?

Hi DonnaS,
Do you mean the box to save a picture doesn't show up or that you can't find your picture after you saved it? The trial version doesn't allow saving. Try going to the fill menu and pressing "Save As Jpeg/Tiff", you will first be shown some options about what is saved, and after pressing OK you will be able to choose where your picture is saved.
