Could you post the whole error message? That would help us figure out what's going wrong.

Is it possible that you installed it as one user, but are using it logged into windows under a different user account?

Hi Youngman,

I assume where you've written "\fpri[;pad]\", it actually says "\global\" or "\local\". Can you confirm that you don't have access to that directory by creating a new empty text file in there? (right click in explorer and choose "Text Document"). One possibility is that you installed it with one windows user account but are using it as a different windows user without the same permisions. Is that possible? If so we might be able to fix the problem. Let me know and I'll look into it.

Thanks for helping us.

Tony

Hi Tony
The error does not come each and every time I click "confirm" and I have not had the same error message as I mentioned, so you may be right, that I typed wrong. Sometimes the confrm function as expected and other times I have to click numerious times.
I will most likely use the software extensively over the weekend, and will revert with the error messages, if any.

Hi Youngman,

Thanks for keeping us updated. Another posibility is that your virus scanner is locking some files we are trying to access, resulting in that error message coming up at seemingly random times. That would be a more likely explanation if it happens randomly. If you see it again, could you let us know what antivirus software you are using?

Thanks,

Tony
