Select color area rest black and white.

Hello everyone,
I am new to this program but love what I have seen so far.
I have a question about a photo I have. I have a man holding balloons, I would like to keep the balloons in color but change the rest of the photo to black and white. How would I do this?

There are many ways to achieve such result in SPE but here is a tutorial video that will help you for sure
