Cant find effects after UPDATE!!

Why do I have to go back and find my most used effects after each update?!!? That is so aggravating! and some are impossible to fine ! the search bar does no good.
Why cant our most used effects be transfered with each update???!!!

Have you looked in Favourites/Recent/Shortlists?
