Re: glasses glare
Depending on the glare, this can be very difficult. If the situation allows, the best is to try and get two pictures, one with the glasses off and one with the glasses on. Then you can use the composite tool to put back in the detail in the eyes from the picture with the glasses off. Let me know if you want help doing that.
If the glare is subtle, then you can try using the Area Treatment tool to select it, then use a combination of reducing exposure and the other sliders to reduce the glare.
