Unfocused photo

I have a picture that is out of focus a little bit. Can I make it clear?

The easiest way to do it is to go to Image Treatment and use the clarity slider. Otherwise try searching in the gallery for Sharpen (under detail), and you'll find a bunch of different sharpening effects. N.B. Some of the sharpening effects are quite CPU intensive and might take a while to save.
