pop art

I'm looking for help on creating pop art, any help from the masters here?

I had to google pop art to see what you meant and it seems to cover a wide variety of styles over the years. There are a few effects in SPE labeled Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol, indicating that the effect author was striving for a look used by those artists, but the chances of you hitting on a quick solution for your particular image are low. I think you will need to do a lot of experimentation.
If this is something you will do a lot, and you don't find what you want in SPE, you might look into the program Filterforge. Go to the Filter tab on Filterforge.com and search for Pop Art to see what filters have been created by users.
