Effect: Jazzy graphic overlay 1
An interesting effect that I designed primarily for portraits - here are examples that show its use (original images used under license from Pixabay.com with thanks to the contributors). I'll try to create other such images in a series call 'Jazzy graphic overlay'.

Although not designed for normal images, you might still find a a use for this effect.
