Poster background for texting over 001 - New Effect

Use this effect to create your own posters. Add text as required using the text tool. This effect is quite subtle, soft and is designed to create a less dominant background. It has textures that I made in Paint Shop Pro and it's tools along with the Filter Forge 9 plugin. Warning, this is not a generic effect - it only works with some images such as shown here.
