This image was taken a number of years ago at Cove on the South East Coast of Scotland - I final processed it in Smart Photo Editor using one of my own effects that I contributed to the SPE Community

I think the effect is called 'Colored textures4u_014' - I pretty sure it is from my 'Colored texturs4u' series.
