Spitsoor's work

Postby Spitsoor » Mon Mar 24, 2014 11:43 am

I'll start a thread to show my use of this program, that way, all my images will show in one place.

Hope you enjoy!

I'd also like to thank all contributors for making the awesome effects. I enjoy them a lot. Just started to make my own, they'll get better in time I hope....

Grtz and happy rendering!

Anita

an editing challenge led me to make this one. the windmill comes from the challenge, the geese I shot myself. ;-)

Terrific work Anita,

All four images have their own distinct characteristics and are very creative and show much artistry. Although I like all the images, the guitarist image is the one I am most drawn to - the choice of effects turns an already superb image into an amazingly powerful and beautiful work of ART! My rank order of appeal is (1) guitarist, (2) Windmill Scene, (3) Teddy Bear and (4) Lady (and I know it is you) with script overlay. Had I been commenting of the subjects' beauty, my rank order would have been different and your selfie would have been ranked (1).

As a major contributor of effects, it is nice to receive your thanks and I'm sure that the contributors whose effects you have used will feel encouraged by both your 'thanks' and the wonderful way in which you have applied their effects.

Look forward to seeing more of your AMAZING work.

Have a great day.

Cheers,

Andrew

Thnx for your kind words Andrew, there's more to come!!

Ofcourse I am a photographer first, but the editing sure is a very nice way to spend time!

I also get wonderful feedback from my clients when they recieve an edited version of their photo's.

I'll show you my newly born nephew now, photographed him yesterday in hospital, named Tygo and born last Friday.

Hi Anita,

Fine image of a fine baby boy - Tygo is not a name I've heard before but it is lovely. So you are a photographer first, you like editing, but I'm sure being Tygo's aunt is high on your list of importance too - I'm blessed with two little granddaughters, Myla (nearly 4) & Amelie (nearly 2), and a baby on the way - I waited a long time to be a grandfather and thought I might miss out. Now they are the delight of my life along with my own children and my beautiful wife Anne. So at 66 years of age I know the relative importance of photography and editing - for me it is just a bit of FUN - keeps me active. But my family are by far the most important!

Thanks for sharing such joy in such a beautiful visual way - top class image - well done!

Kind regards,

Andrew

Hi Anita,

Cool to see some more of your work, the guitar player and windmill are my favorites!
Great to see how you did use some of my effects at the windmill image, I always love to see what other people do with it! :)
