'The Card Workshop - Tutorial Video & Resource Pack'

Postby andrewb2012 » Wed Nov 26, 2014 7:38 pm

Hi Folks,

Further to my advanced notice, 'The Card Workshop - Tutorial Video & Resource Pack' is now available.

Following on from the recent tutorial videos and resource packs showing you how to make your own calendars and how to unlock the full potential of Smart Photo Editor, this video shows you how to create your own cards, birthday cards, get well cards, sorry your leaving cards...and so on. The international A4 paper format was chosen for the purposes of the tutorial, but viewers are encouraged to make their own templates as required.

You can download The Card Workshop resource pack either from the description under the video (click on Vimeo link) or at my blog article

Hope you find these new ideas useful and the tutorial video enjoyable.

Although I will STOP contributing effects when my 4000 effects target is reached, I hope to collaborate with Arwin on various effect projects. We will share ideas and do some of the initial development together, but Arwin will develop the new effects fully and upload them in his name - Arwin has already developed a host of wonderful effects and in the past we have collaborated when technical difficulties arose. From now on I will concentrate on my blog:

I am presently developing more graphical resources 'CREATIVE KIT TWO, that includes new frames that can be used with the Composite techniques recently explored in my blog article that includes two videos:

Another article that might be of interest is one about Making Your Own Calendars:

I show you all these links and resources as they all deal with ways of opening up some of the less apparent attributes (hidden attributes, perhaps) when making FULL use of Smart Photo Editor's COMPOSITE feature.

Wishing you all the BEST in your CREATIVE endeavours!

Kind regards,

Andrew

Thanks Eve & Arwin for your kind comments. Arwin, I was unaware of the problem with the thumbnails, thanks for your solution. I think I'll open up my folders and re-save the images to see if they refresh properly. If this succeeds, I'll ask Gary to replace the existing download with the new one! This will not happen until next week - I'll need to find time! I try and find a permanent solution. Sorry about this - never noticed anything at this end!

Kind regards,

Andrew
