My first use of SPE ~ chose Pipeline pic because the original seemed too bright & light

Good to see you've found your way in using SPE and glad your sharing your result(s) with us!
Personally I do like your original photo more, if it's to bright for you, you could adjust the exposure and/or brightnes a bit, your deeper saturation version is to dark for me, lost details and I'm missing the horizon..

Meant as constructive criticism, taste is very personal, I know ;)
