To see all of any picture simply click on it and it will expand. You can upload images using the upload images attachment tab underneath the Submit button when you are creating a post.

This is my background and would like to upload, please tell me how to do this.

What exactly do you want to do? If you want to use the background in one of your own images, you can use the compositing function. There are tutorial videos in the "How to" section of these forums. You do not have to "upload" your background anywhere.
