Effect: Cartoon clouds (vivienne li) posterized image
Frame already an SPE effect courtesy of Vivienne Li. Here I've created a posterized effect and combined it with Vivienne's beautiful border frame.
Most of the images are my own in these examples, but I've used three images from Pixabay.com under their license and have acknowledged this at the bottom of the relevant images.
