This node lets you combine up to 3 different inputs while making use of the existing 26 different blending modes. The Tiling method allows you to tile just the first input (different image or texture) over the original image, whereas the Checkerboard method will permit you to alternate between the second and third inputs. Use the Random method to randomize the tiling of the second and third inputs.
The Area option lets you make use of different selections you create.
