Burning llama?
Hi... was wondering why burning llama can't always be found?
Does it only work in certain instances?

When effect authors create effects, they can define what the effect should be applied to. In my experience, if the effect author has defined the effect to be a background effect, you will find the effect only if you have a background area selected and are searching for an effect to apply to that background area. This seems to be the case with the burning llama effect.
I love SPE, but there are some features that I find user-unfriendly, and this is one of them. What you can do is define the entire image as a background, and then you will find the effect. I am not an expert at creating or editing effects with the effect editor, but the effect burning llama seems to contain a gigantic frame made of flames that isn't resized to fit the original image, so it is not usable with every image. You can create your own effect using that frame image or edit the existing effect adding a node to resize it and save it for your own use only, depending on how you want to use it.
