If you can find an image of the flag, you could use the composite tool to add it in yourself.

Can anyone add a Scotland flag (Saltire/ St Andrew's cross) to effects gallery for me?

like to know how to add more sky selection. I don't see sky that would match my photo to make more nature. I have my own sky photo I like to add to the selection.

To add a sky, just add it as an underlay in the composite tool. You can see a video about how to do that here.
