Help Can someone

Hello can someone please help me with the photograph attached, if you look on the left hand side of the pic you will see there is some sort of light? Is it lens flare of some description, if so which one? Also they seems to be a smoke or fog on that side, again which is it smoke or fog and where would i find it on Smart Photo Editor? If you could get back to me it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks J x

I don't see a lens flare in the photograph - where exactly do you see one? To me it looks like the photographer simply added a layer to the image containing a white-to-transparent gradient. I cut out a corner of the image and added such a gradient layer in Photoshop so you can see what I mean.

There is a gradient node in the Effect Editor of SPE that might give you a similar result.

Sorry i don't know what these things are called, I now know its not called a lens flair. It is called a gradient but I am having problems in Paint shop pro as I am having problems trying to get the marker where I want it, if its called a marker?? (2 little boxes with the line that sticks them together) then it leave a white line like a wand on the pic? What can I do?

I wish I could help you, but I am not familiar with Paint Shop Pro. If you are using Paint Shop Pro to create the gradient, I would recommend that you post your question on a forum for that software.
