Is there a Dispersion/Scatter effect available please

Does Smart Photo Editor have a dispersion or scatter effect, which disperses or scatters you subject within the image. For example, if you have an apple as your subject and you want to make look as it if it is breaking up in one direction and dispersing or scattering parts of it to one side?
