I note that if you search with the word 'wanted' it lists a 'wanted poster' effect but the effect that comes up has no relevance whatsoever. Maybe there was once such an effect which has been deleted or something?

Oh, when I replied I didn't realize that the question could have been about an effect that makes a wanted poster. I thought that the effect was simply wanted by the person asking the question
