No, not really. SPE can do composites, though, so I suppose you could use a body part from another image and superimpose it on your image and blend it in. It would have to fit perfectly, though. I think the easiest body part to swap would be the head, so if you want the person in the photo to have a pumpkin for a head, that could be easily done.

Anthropics (makers of SPE) has another software product, "PortraitPro Body" that can change the shape of bodies, but I have never used it.
