I want to save an effect I created to works later on how do

I like oencil and old western looks I want to create filter or effects that I can us on other photos from Rodeos how can I do that ?

If you just want to apply an effect you've already used on a new picture, it should appear in your favorites/recent/shortlists.

To edit an existing effect, apply it, then right click on the effect tab in the top right and choose Manual Edit. Editing and creating effects is a big topic, but there are lots of discussions and help here.
