infrared effects

Is it possible to get the infrared + bokah effect without the bokah? The effects is beautiful but it would be more useful if I didn't have to remove the bokah and sharpen it. Thank you

I've added "infrared without bokeh" as an effect. It should appear in the gallery in a day or two.
