Antique effect to match existing

I'm driving myself crazy trying to match an antique effect that I found on Tiny Prints, they don't offer print options and the problem is that I want to blow up the photo and print it. I can copy the image from the website to get the effect, but it's not in high resolution..... I've tried other websites "antique" I've even browsed all the effects on SPE but I still can't get an exact match. Can anyone else duplicate this effect? I've attached the before/after so you can see what the photo looks like after.
