Facebook Covers Template
I've tried and failed. Would like a template that provides the dimensions (including the profile image cut out) for a Facebook cover photograph.
The dimensions are: sRGB JPG file that's 851 pixels wide, 315 pixels tall.
Cheers.
Simon.

Re: Facebook Covers Template
Hi Simon,
Here's what I suggest:
+Load a picture you'd like to use.
+Go into the crop tool
+Change the Aspect Ratio Width to 85 and the height to 31, then check Fix Aspect Ratio
+Move the crop widget around on your picture until you're happy then press "Apply".
+Apply any effects you'd like
+Choose File > Save As Jpg/Tiff/Png
+In the export Size section, uncheck "Keep Aspect Ratio", then set width to 851 and height to 315.
+Press OK
+Save the picture

Re: Facebook Covers Template
SD, You nailed it. I have used this way of doing it for myself. BTW, I have to say of all the editing programs that I use, this is the one I use, by far, the most. To the point of not using some others completely. For those who love to experiment, which I do, this is fun and creative.
I could blather on but, I just want to say, thank you for your dedication to this project. I say project be cause it continually gets better.
