Any chance of adding in a dripping blood text please, I do a lot of Horror art and find I can do everything in PSE except the text Thanks

It would be tricky to design an effect that makes text look like dripping blood, however you could google "dripping blood font" and install a font with blood drips in it, then use that in red.
