Is there a feature that smooths out facial blemishes and wrinkles easily?

I'm afraid SPE doesn't have any tools that move pixels around in that way currently, as they tend not to translate to other images very well.

You can do that sort of thing, if you follow the portrait tutorial from the start screen. However our sister product Portrait Pro, does all that and more.
