Paint Splatter effect

I would love a paint splatter effect. I created a painting using paint splatter effect and it came up really well, but cant remember how I did it.

Thanks Arwin for your reply. I will try and upload a photo so you can see the effect I got, and I would like to be able to do it again because I was so happy with it. This site, Smart Photo Editor, is the best editing program I have come across.

I have added the photo I edited, and was so pleased with the result. I would like to try and find it again so I can edit other photos in a similar way.
Smart Photo Editor is the best editing program I have ever come across. I admire each person who is involved in this site.

Thanks Darren. A lot of people on ViewBug have asked me how I edited a photo, so I have passed on Smart Photo Editor to a lot of people and they love it, and say it is the best editing software they have. Beats Photoshop - it's so easy. I am smitten by it.
