Hi,

Does anyone have a preset suitable for sport photos. Maybe something to bring out the muscle definition or give a blur or dark background?

I think there are a lot of effects that do fit your needs for that matter, did you used the 'Select Area' tool?
With that tool you can select, for example the background, or subject, even Skin is possible, with such selection the effects are selected for that purpose (and only visible in your selection).

There is for example a 'Motion blur' (Background) will work great for racing sports..
