Foilage enhancer

NIK software (Color Efex Pro 4) has a very interesting effect to enhance foilage.

I am trying to create the effect in effect editor but do not know how.
I tried to experiment with RGB split and merge but I do not get this distinct effect how NIK is doing.

If anyone can tell me how to pull this together in the Effect editor, I would be grateful.

It just looks like they have been made brighter, warmer and perhaps more saturated. You could possibly even achieve this by expanding the "More Sliders" in the image treatment controls by playing with the vibrance brightness and Hue sliders under "Greens" and perhaps "Yellows". If you get something you like, you could share it by right clicking on the Image Treatment tab at the top and choosing "Save Preset and Publish". You'd get a more accurate but more time consuming to use effect doing something similar in Area Treatment and selecting the foliage.
