Saving erased images

Postby Perki88 » Mon Jun 24, 2013 1:44 am

When I use the erase tool on an image and save it, I have a large bright green area where I used the erase brush. How can I avoid this?

Hi there,

The erase tool should replace one part of your image with a copy of an area from another part. Does your original image have green in it or is the green completely unexpected?

Thanks,

])arren.

When I look at the image while working on it, it appears fine with the replaced section. Once saved, when I open it it has bright green where the saved section should be.

Hi Perki88,

This is a bug we have fixed for the next version with 16 bit images. If you convert your picture to 8 bits first that should work around the bug until we release the next version.
