You can use the crop tool if you like a specific area of your photo Guy, you can find it in the tools menu on the rightside of your screen.
To resize a photo as a whole, just got to the menu: File > Save As Jpeg/Tiff/Png... and increases the Witdh or Hight in the export size area (make sure the 'Keep Aspect Ratio' is turned on).
