Having trouble figuring how to create a png file. I cut out the image I want and go to save it and it saves no option for png? Please help I have several photos I need to photo shop for a client.

When you use SPE as a standalone program you can load an image into SPE, add some effects and save it as a png file.
I don't know what you mean when you say you "cut out the image". Can you explain?
