Keep size of photo

When SPE change the size of a photo - fx long horizontal view - this is not transferred to Photoshop when I return from the plug-in. Anywhere I can change a setting or any suggestions how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of Photoshop itself. It does not allow plugins to change the size of the image.
