how do i find a nice blue sky with white puffy clouds to add to a gray overcast sky?

Use the 'Select Area' tool, choose for 'The Sky', select the sky by using the brushes and confirm the selection by hitting the 'Confirm selection' button. Now you see all the sky replacements, just choose the one you like.
