Layer Order

Is there a way to change order of the layers after they have been added, like in CS 5? Or, does the user need to delete and start over just to move layers to back or front? Geezzz, I hope not!

Hi Raven3159,
I'm afraid to say yes, you would currently have to delete layers in order to re-order them. This is certainly something we could add if there was a lot of demand for it. Would anyone else want it?
Alternatively, you could re-order them by right clicking on the composite tab at the top and choosing Manual Edit, then re-order the layers by re wiring the nodes, but that would require some knowledge of the node editor.

Oh please do something about re-ordering layers. It drives me nuts and very time consuming. Often I've given up on complicated stuff and had to use other programs. I love your site but this is urgently needed. Thanks I live in hope x

Just got SPE and this was one of the first things I hit. Reordering layers is my first feature request. Since there also doesn't seem to be a way to save a layer at its size, orientation, and selection+fill, it seems like a lot of rework will have to be done each time.
