Hi,
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, so let me know if I've misunderstood:
1. I think you're asking if you can save an image with transparency that you've cut out using our compositing tool to use in other software? I'm afraid you can't (not easily anyway).
2. If you want to scale your composited image, click on the Move, Rotate, Scale button and you will be able to drag the corners to resize it.
