is there some way to make sky a deeper blue then what my photo shows..thanks Mike

There's a couple of ways to do this:

You could use the area treatment tool to select your sky then use the vibrance and exposure sliders to make it a deeper blue.

Or

You could use Select Area, select the sky and then browse sky effects to see a broader range of creative styles for your skies.
